We offer two levels of service, Let Only and Full Management.
Both services can be tailored to the landlord also, some landlords prefer things done in a specific way ie. rent payments done on a certain day in the month, so at Let My Homes we are happy to facilitate their needs.
Let Only
First Months Rent (Inclusive of VAT)
Includes all advertising costs, checks & references completed, tenancy agreement, deposit registration and all suppliers/council notified
Full Management
10% + VAT, with an initial set up fee of £300 + VAT
Includes all advertising costs, checks & references completed, tenancy agreement, deposit registration, all suppliers/council notified, ongoing property inspections, check out report and landlord access to Propertyfile.
